My car does not come with a spare. I googled the nearest-OPEN tire place near me and this place popped up. I spoke with Andy on the phone, he was very kind and helpful. When I arrived at the shop, I met Andy in person. He started the paperwork while the guys worked on replacing my tire. I then met Mario who was VERY sympathetic to my situation as I was both nervous and frustrated with myself. These gentlemen as well as the guys who worked on my car, I don't know their names, gave 5 Star service from the phone call to the end of service. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I called three different times before going in, and every single time there wasn’t an alignment tech available — they just kept saying “come back later.” When I finally brought up the alignment issue, they acted like it wasn’t their fault and tried to make me pay to fix their own mistake. The manager sounded like she didn’t care at all, and instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a small “discount” like that somehow makes it okay. It’s completely unacceptable to charge a customer for something you messed up. The only person who was nice and professional was Mario — he actually listened and tried to help. Everyone else seemed dismissive and unbothered. If you care about your car, your money, and basic honesty, stay far away from this Mavis location. They’ll take your money, mess up your car, and still expect you to pay to fix it.
