From the moment I was greeted at the door by David Shaffer, sales associate at the Nissan building, i knew my experience was going to be a great one. He greeted me with a friendly smile and was very courteous. I was very hesitant at first to explain my situation to him, as my credit is less than perfect and I didnt have money for a down payment, because I was afraid I would be judged and turned away and told there was nothing they could do for me, like all the other places have. Instead, David and Dan Johnson (special finance assistant) both went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle I LOVE! I was treated with kindness, courtesy, and respect. When the sale was all complete, David took the time to sit in the car with me and thoroughly explain what every button was for and how to work the camera and navigation system. He was patient and kind and didnt just send me on my way hoping I would figure everything out on my own. I have never been to a car dealership where someone actually took the time to work with me and explain things in a way that I could understand, nor have I ever been to a dealership where the sales associate was set on getting me into a vehicle, not just to make another sale or meet some quota, but because he truly cared and knew that I needed a newer, safer vehicle. I cannot thank you guys enough and I truly appreciate everything you did to help me. I will definitely recommend you and I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle in the future! You guys ate the BEST! Definitely get 5 stars from me!! Thanks again!!!!!
