  I'd like to compliment the sales expertise of Deiby Escobar of Zeigler of Lincolnwood. When you find a sales person that really cares about the customer and really work towards providing the highest customer service possible - we need to recognize the "old fashioned" way of servicing customers has not fallen off the track. Deiby goes out the way to provide excellent service. I can do nothing but take my "hat" off to him. Deiby works as a team and gets what you need done! The full team works together to make things happen. From financing to mangement, the team all get 5 stars! I purchased a 2026 Buick Encore GX Preferred and the "team" made it happen. I recommend this dealership to anyone needing to service their auto purchasing needs. Thanks again, for a job well-done!

  When I originally came in for service, they were unable to complete all the recommended issues. Following back up, I didn’t know exactly what I needed done and it was hard to get that information from the scheduling people. Once I scheduled appointment to get in and talk to somebody on the phone about what I needed done, when I got there, they did not have the necessary parts to do the job. Now I’m going to have to go back a third time. I work very full-time hours and I’m not often in town because of my work, so this has been an extremely frustrating experience. .

  I went in to look at a Cadillac after exploring the whole gamut from Honda to BMW. I was impressed with the CT4, but even more impressed with the sales experience. Mark, Nate, and Brandon were immensely helpful in showing me the range of Cadillac sedans, letting me test drive, and even taking me for a ride in a manual transmission vehicle. I haven't learned stick well enough to feel comfortable buying a new car with standard transmission, but it's something that could be in the cards for a future purchase. I just purchased another car, so I wasn't really in the position to buy at this time, but they showed me a few cars in my price range that would be strong possibilities for my next purchase. I asked them to follow up in a few months when I'm ready to trade up, because I'm pretty sure I'll be making my next purchase at Zeigler.

Georgy Baldzhy assisted me and went above and beyond — showing me four different cars to make sure I found the right one. He and his team were the complete opposite of the typical pushy salespeople you often run into elsewhere. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, and no attempt to upsell things I didn’t need — just honest, genuine help from start to finish. George is a true class act — polite, professional, and the definition of a well-dressed European gentleman who gives off a genuinely positive and trustworthy vibe. You can tell he’s there to help, not to sell. Out of curiosity, I asked about the new Cadillac Lyriq EV, and his manager, Nate Hackett, immediately offered me a test drive. I absolutely fell in love with that car. When I came back, Nate asked about my comfortable price range, and he and his team worked their magic to make it happen. That same day, Mark Viradia took care of all the paperwork quickly and efficiently, making the entire process effortless. I ended up getting not just a great deal — but the best deal nationwide. No other dealership even came close. This was, hands down, the friendliest and most professional team I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend Georgy, Nate, and Mark to anyone looking for a car.
