We turned around went in took a look. Then out comes Doug, first thing he said was wow that wrangler is sweet what year. After a conversation we were test driving the Gladiator. Next thing you know we were driving it home. Probably one of the best car buying experiences we have had. We also have a Grand Cherokee L that needed some service figured what heck let try their service. Got a call later in the day saying car was ready. I had already been looking on the internet noticed a Sweet looking Durango R/T. Asked the lady that called to have Doug look at my car and put some numbers together. Walked into the dealership at 5:35 pm they were getting ready to head out for the day thinking we would just come back over weekend. Skee and Doug said they could finishing running numbers right then. Needless to say it took about 10 min and we were buying another new car. However, Brandy, the manager, was very rude when it came to pricing our trade and could not be bothered to even introduce herself to us. We almost went to another dealer because of her. We purchased a tow package for the new Jeep and was promised it would be installed on Tuesday. Apparently the service department neglected to order the correct parts. It is now Thursday and they have had our new Jeep in their shop for 3 days with no hope of getting it back in sight. :( 5 stars for Scott; Zero for Brandy and the Service Department!
