Long story short… 4 times in the shop for the same problem, over 92 days of the car sitting at the dealer and over $2,500 in out of pocket expenses for rentals when the warranty company wouldn’t cover it and we’re still having transmission problems. I will never go to a Jenkins dealer again nor recommend to anyone. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership.

I asked if we could get to a certain $ per month payment on a lease with only using my trade-in equity, and if not that was fine and I wasn't interested. They strung me along for a few weeks because they were expecting an ioniq 5 limited trim to arrive which is what I wanted. I got a call that day asking what I was looking for and, oh we don't have that vehicle. I went to a different place and as I was at another dealership, Jenkins called me that they could get what I was looking for and to come in. It was the wrong color, it was way above the price, and after 4 back and forth efforts with white paper sharpie notes with the finance manager, they literally laughed at what I was asking for. Mind you, I made it very clear what I wanted from the get-go. They told me I wouldnt find that deal anywhere in town so I left. They called me 3 times after I left which I ignored. This was about a month ago and last week I got exactly what I asked for from a different dealership with ZERO HASSLE. I'm tempted to send that finance paperwork to the manager and sales rep that said I could never get that deal anywhere in town and insulted me.
