My purchase at Jenkins Hyundai was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had when acquiring a new vehicle. Dennovan is a very detail-oriented, but no pressure salesman. He ensures the customer’s comfort and satisfaction throughout the process, and communicates effectively. As a single female purchasing any vehicle can be harrowing at best, but with Dennovan it was a smooth and stress-purchase. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had the worst experience ever! Walked in on an attitude from customer service lady than to a guy that looked like he was about to fall a sleep. No excitement, no nothing. I showed him a car I wanted when I walked in. He pre qualified me and than told me he had good new for me, without telling me that I had a very low score that I didn’t even know about only because 6 month ago I had a gentleman run my credit without my approval for a home and after that with the govt shutting down and my company going out of business and me loosing my job I guess my score really got effected even though I try to make my payments no matter what although sometimes I might be behind may be a month etc. I’m sure lots of you know what I’m talking about. Anyways back to the point, he said he has good news for me, his good news were one option that is completely not what I was looking for, not the color, not the model, not even close. And in addition to all of it, when I told him that it’s not what I told him I wanted, he said to me, well with your credit score of ? You will never be able to get you want, I smiled and said my score was in 700’s 6 month ago so I will. And whne I do I’ll make sure to stop by and say Hi to this guy so may be he will not treat people the way he did today and realize that potential sales are just as good as any current sale and today he lost a very good potential sale but can you expect from a 23 year old right…. He still thinks that he’s knows better than anyone and he is better than anyone or it could be the way he’s thought by his management and that is what I don’t appreciate at all. The disrespect and the unprofessionalism was like walking into an old cars dealership dealing with a desperate old car salesman because I should have been told from the beginning and not been told that he has good news for me knowing exactly what I wanted. But he straight up disrespected by taking me from a 10 down to a 1 and saying I will never be able to buy a 10! By the way I’m talking about a score of quality and look of a car that I wanted and what he presented to me….. never coming back here again and if I do buy from hundai it’s definitely not going to be from this franchise…….. a lesson to this guy, you never know who you dealing with, don’t be so judgmental based on someone credit score or their current situation!!!

This is the second vehicle I purchased from here. All the employees here are super nice and helpful. But today, I learned my lesson if you are getting your vehicle serviced for multiple things, drop it off!!!! Almost 5 hours I waited. However I was informed every step of the way. Denis did an excellent job assisting me with my new purchase!! Kudos to him. Whew, but Im tired now, jumping in my luxurious vehicle and going home!!! 🤣

Leased a 2026 Hyundai Tucson last week. Denneson was wonderful, knowledgeable, personable and made the entire process easy, taking time and allowing me to not feel rushed while I considered my decision.
The only down side to the whole experience was the manager who politely pressured me to make the deal. In the past, I was pressured at another dealership and explicitly stated I did not want to have that happen again. Denison did a great job in smoothing over the fear I was experiencing.
Buying a vehicle is a huge financial investment and customers need to be respected as valued. Without us, you have no one to sell cars to.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We came here and spoke to Jerica who is the absolute sweetest and nicest person ever. She really listens and cares about her customer. But after that, downhill. Was told we would work with the gm on getting into a new tucson. Had credit union approval but was convinced to apply for manufacturer. Ok cool. Told them our hard budget. Was completely disregarded and disrespected by manager Eric. Then suggested a smaller vehicle twice after we already advised it wouldn't work. On the way out he actually said "you just arent going to get a better deal anywhere else." Then we did! So please save yourself the time and emotional anguish.
