I had a scheduled appointment for a specific time, but I still had to wait quite a while. The staff is just so-so – it would be nicer if they were a bit more friendly and smiled more. It would also help if someone clearly explained what exactly was done to the car, because you leave the service center without really knowing any details. On the positive side, the free lunch is great – at least I could eat something and pass those two hours while I was waiting.

Also a shoutout to Destiny for making completing the transaction efficient without pressuring us to buy unwanted extended warranties. Tony remained attentive throughout the entire process, but gave us the time and space to make up our minds without being pushy or making us feel rushed or pressured.

It was a busy Friday on the service bay but Kevin was quick to assist me and get my RCF in for routine oil / oil filter, tap fluids, and multi inspection service. Lobby was organized, clean, and offered complimentary snack / lunch. Mechanic updated me with a short video of his work / findings on my vehicle. Overall, the wait wasn't that long and I was out in about 90 mins. I would recommend this place over McGrath in Chicago, where you'll be subjected to highway traffic, countless speed cameras on the local roads, and reckless drivers at every turn.

I called in to inquire about a Toyota Camry, and Keith was so nice and professional, confirming that the car was still on the lot and available to drive. I asked if he could have the carfax report and the maintenance & inspection report printed out and ready for me when I came in. He did just that and had the car pulled up and ready to go when I arrived! He let me take the car on two test drives to really make sure I was sold on it. The car was in immaculate condition, definitely the nicest car I've driven (and now own). After driving it, I sat down with him to discuss the price and to go over the paperwork which was so quick and seamless. He was able to get the price down a bit which was awesome. I loved how professional, kind, and laid back he was, and how he let me take my time and wasn't pushy or condescending with me like some other car salesmen are. I also appreciated how quick he was when he needed to ask his manager something or if he needed to get up from his desk to do something, and that he didn't keep me waiting there all day. I was in and out within 1.5/2 hours which was wonderful. After doing the paperwork, the car was detailed and ready for me. Keith pulled one of the bows off one of the floor cars so that I could get a photo with my new car which was so nice. I'd 100% purchase a car here again or recommend anyone who's looking to buy a car and work with Keith. He really is one of the best car salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of working with (and believe me I've been to a lot of dealerships and have looked at a lot of cars in the last few years). Also not to mention the perk of free breakfast and lunches and car washes at the dealership is a nice bonus.
