  I never ever ever get service done at a dealership. I have no problem with the customer support and actually the rep who I spoke with was super cool with me and in the end didn’t charge me anything because nothing was actually done. But still took care of everything and informed me what was wrong in terms of their opinion. What I’m writing about is how I was quoted $14k to fix an issue actually only took $3k at my local mechanic. It’s comical the way the rep gave me a paper and asked me if I wanted to start service. The only reason I went was for re-alignment issue and get a reading from the Lexus software. I knew my car had a major-ish problem. But not a 14 thousand dollar problem. Go here to buy cars don’t come here for service. Just throwing numbers out at this point.

  We have been looking at 3 row SUVs for the last month or so, doing our research. Finally decided we wanted to go with TX. Dealing with several dealerships in the Midwest, I was able to narrow it down to just a few. A few Lexus dealers in the area wanted to play games, while I just wanted the OTD price. Dave did just that. He was excellent to work with. A true professional. As soon as I called in, he was cut to the chase #s guy. 1.5hr from driving our trade in, to driving out a new TX. Efficient. 30 minutes of that was debating on if we should switch colors and trim levels. We plan on our purchasing again with Dave and you should as well.

  Extraordinary service and technology department! I cannot say enough about the service I received. I purchased my car from a different dealer and they spent 5 minutes showing me the amenities my car offers. Fields Lexus spent an hour and a half upon me asking one simple question. Howard even noticed they never took the tape off of some of my. Interior lights and my car is two years old! Their service advisors give over the top attention to detail and make certain all of your concerns are addressed. I will NEVER go anywhere else again. Thank you Fields Lexus! You guys rock!!!!

  The employees at this dealership definitely changed my mind about car salesmen. Hands down I absolutely love their vibe, energy, and spirit. So I usually get like Matilda’s dad vibes from car salesmen and it makes me dread going into a dealership. But not this time! As soon as we walked in, Keith caught our attention and I could immediately sense his genuine kind and caring spirit. I knew he wasn’t just helping us to get a sale. He truthfully wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Definitely ask for Keith if you’re looking for exceptional service! Keith took his time, didn’t rush us, gave me his desk to pull up all my files, entertained my son, I mean a real luxurious experience from start to finish. Not one time did I feel pressured, uninformed, or rushed. Best salesman I’ve ever encountered. I absolutely cannot forget the team handling things on the financial end. They were Awesome! Mauricio and Salina were also extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. No gimmicks or scammy vibes. No one forced us into warranties and I could tell the recommendations they did make were for legitimate concerns. Just down to earth good people. The most important thing I loved was that even after we got the car, I came back and had Top Notch service. Many times after you buy a car and you go back to the dealership you get pushed around, feelings of no one caring about your needs, or out and right neglect. But when I went back to Fields Lexus, I got the same kind, loving, welcoming experience I got when I first walked in. Much gratitude to Keith, Mauricio, Salina and the whole Feilds Lexus in Glenview team! I will be back for future needs : )
