  Bought a van here. Experience was as expected and it appears to me they took care of all the variables they have control over. Here's to hoping i get 200k miles out of the vehicle I bought. If i make it to my first oil change, then they did their job right. Keyon Bevans was the quality sales guy wgo made it happen. Answered all my annoying customer questions. They gave me a half tank of gas to get home.

  I just walked in not expecting to buy anything, as my head was on another type of car. Turned out my sales person, Rob, had something that actually fit what I was looking for and filled the need of what I was trying to accomplish. He was knowledgeable and quick. As someone who’s been in sales for 25 years (not cars) I haven’t been impressed with most car sales people. Rob was great. I ended up unexpectedly buying a car I love and working with someone who was able to answer all of my questions and concerns efficiently. My overall experience was great, I felt very good about the car, the transaction and the salesperson. Good way to end 2025! I’d definitely buy there again.

  Superb customer service rep. Straight up on what you need and don’t need. Wanted oil change, check the two batteries. Main battery was strong second battery for all the options was low which explains some of the auto start very cold out starting problem. Had him rotate tires and check pads on the brakes while in there. 47k miles and reported back 8mm left which is great! Save me a few hundred so I told him to replace air filter and cabin filter. I didn’t feel like fussing with it myself in the cold so why not? Just good communication back and forth which is all I wanted. Keeping my Jeep in great shape! Hats off to the rep and mechanic! Think Ron is his name. Great guy. My service place and future new car dealership before I even think about looking somewhere else. To much good going on there.

  I took my Jeep here to verify I had axle damage after being rear ended. They took my car assessed it and told me I had no damage at all. My car didn’t feel right after so I took it to 3 different body shops and each one verified I had axle damage. It’s a dangerous business to tell a customer there is no damage to their car. Mechanics are completely incompetent here and I’d never take my car here again. After bringing this up to a friend who also took his car here, he also told me that he felt they didn’t know what they’re doing and just looking to make some free money of customers. This potentially could’ve cost me a ton of money and a huge headache. Never again and steer clear of this place! Looks super nice but they’re ripoffs

  I can’t say enough good things about Fields Jeep in Glenview and their service department. After another dealership had my Jeep Grand Cherokee for nearly two months and failed to correctly diagnose a rattle during acceleration, I brought it to Fields with my MaxCare warranty about to expire. Within two days, their team had a proper diagnosis and a clear plan to fix the problem. Fields identified multiple issues that had been completely missed elsewhere, including: • Passenger-side rocker arm failure causing the rattle • Intake camshaft lobe damage on passenger cylinder 3 • Oil leak from the front timing cover • Coolant leak near the thermostat • Clunking front right tie rod • Worn and wobbling front belt tensioner All repairs were handled under my MaxCare warranty just days before it expired. I had my vehicle back within a week, and it now drives like new. Most importantly, the original rattle that I brought the car in for was finally fixed. A huge thank-you to Peter, my service advisor. He was professional, communicative, and clearly took my concerns seriously from day one. He kept me informed throughout the process and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. The difference in diagnostic skill, efficiency, and customer care at Fields Jeep Glenview was night and day compared to my prior experience. If you need your Jeep properly diagnosed and repaired the right way the first time, this is the dealership to go to. They even delivered my car when it was finished to my workplace so I wouldn’t have to get a ride to pick it up!! Highly recommend & thank you again!!
