At that time, I was told everything was all clear. The very next day, my check-engine light came on. I live hours away, so I made the trip back expecting a simple courtesy scan or at least a quick confirmation that nothing done during service caused the light. Instead, the technician Dan immediately said, “Your engine light has nothing to do with our service—we didn’t create the problem,” and quoted me $209 just to inspect it-another multipoint inspection in just two weeks. I waited almost two hours before anyone followed up. Eventually, the technician came back saying they had repeated the same multipoint inspection from two weeks earlier and found the issue was a PCM not up to date. He then told me I’d need to pay another $105 and wait an additional hour to have it updated. I agreed and waited again. While I’m grateful the vehicle was eventually updated, the entire experience felt dismissive, unwelcoming, and far from customer-centered. I’ve used this location multiple times, but this visit left me questioning whether returning customers are valued at all. I hope management reviews this situation and improves how clients are treated after service.
