I applied for financing this morning, was contacted within an hour and set up with a salesperson in another 15 minutes. Told them I was buying an expedition from them or someone else today and informed them of others available in the area. I went in and saw Marc, got a quick appraisal on a trade in at kbb fair value and a little off advertised price at a great rate on the expedition. Was in an out with a new car within 2 hours. Easy to do business with and no bs you get from some dealers. Marc Kuperman was professional, timely, and fair. Overall good experience.
