    Very poor customer service not even got a service the Man who answer the phone and who make the appointment for service was very rude , he said he don’t understand also make me spell my Name Very easy S a n d r a he was just rude and racist I am Ask for a speak Spanish representative and he laugh . I am decided to don’t show up to my appointment. Bad service . I just got a call from there and yes they speak Spanish . Maybe I will get a second chance . Thanks for the paisano who call me . 🤙

    Currie Motors Service department is hands-down, the best in the area. I used to go to Ford Rizza In Orland Park, but this service is 100 times better. Beto Carrillo took great care of me. He was professional and courteous. I wouldn’t recommend buying a Ford from Currie Motors just because of their great customer service in the service department. Thanks Beto!

    Took in car Saturday for oil change and check battery/charging, keep getting battery saver mode and can't remote start. Works oil change was great as always but was told battery was good and charging OK. Was given same old story "we don't drive enough". Sunday we left for New Buffalo Michigan and returned Tuesday, 150 miles round trip. Wednesday morning got same message car in battery saver mode. Going to take to Firestone and have them look onto it and maybe get some answers.

    I recently bought my Ford Maverick from this dealership. While I'm definitely happy with the truck itself,I have to say I am quite disappointed with the follow-through on promises. we were assured twice that all-weather mats would be included and unfourtunately, that never happened. It's a letdown because everything else was great.I hope the dealership can improve on keeping their word in the future.

    Been buying cars and trucks at Currie Motors for over 20 years. Jim Koziel was our go-to salesperson until he retired- he was such an amazing person! Jim left us in good hands with Pete Porzio. He's been at Currie for many years and is there for the customer. He's a great guy who knows his stuff!
