I just wanted to leave a quick note about what a great experience I had. Nathan was amazing — super attentive, patient, and really took the time to help me find the right car without making me feel rushed or pressured. He made the whole process easy and honestly enjoyable. I also want to thank Jonathan and Anthony for walking me through the financing side of things. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options, which I really appreciated. Shoutout to Brady for being a cool, approachable manager and helping keep everything running smoothly.

They used an AI bot called Bruce to communicate with me. That would be fine but it doesn't introduce itself as a bot so gives the impression that it is a person. That would have been ok too but the real humans at the dealership obviously have no clue what the bot is communicating to the user so there was a lot of confusion on both sides. Showed up to an appointment that the bot made and no one was available to help and an unfriendly employee told me I had had an appointment the day before that i missed. Needless to say we left without buying the car we were interested in. Giving at least two stars since the place was clean and they had a good inventory of vehicles.

Poor service with no care from management, to say the least. I bought my car from this dealership on 11/2024 and had a great pre-sales experience. Post sales when they have secured my payment, it took weeks of follow up calls to receive sales and service documentation I needed to close out an insurance claim. Further, I brought my car in for service on 11/24/2025 where the service center came back with a report of all my brakes at 7mm. Hardly a few days later, I started having significant noise from my back brakes and returned to the service center for them to tell me my left rear brake was 5mm and my right rear brake was 0mm. They clearly did not check it during my original service inspection, as there is simply no way that within days and barely driving, my brakes went from a healthy range to gone and needing immediate replacement. I changed my brakes myself later that day and found the bolt holding the rear brake that had been checked by the service center to be extremely loose.
To say the least, this place lacks integrity and honesty with its service inspections, and seems comfortable with questionable safety standards. Management was alerted to the initial service inspection and findings and I was just told "sorry, he shouldn't have put that" with no follow up. I received an auto text asking if I was satisfied with my service visit, which I replied no I was not - also to no follow up.
Go some place that does better - there are plenty of options that will.

This is probably the happiest review I ever wrote. I’m going to start by saying that Mr. Bradley Spiehler, operations manager, restored my faith in humanity, for a while, by literally going above and beyond, and doing everything in his power to make us happy and to meet all our needs.
We purchased a Mazda today, from Autobarn Mazda of Evanston, and they really blew my mind. We all know how we are at least a little skeptical when we walk into a dealership, right? Well, with Autobarn Mazda of Evanston it’s not the case.
From the first day we stepped in (the process of us getting a car took about 2 weeks), we were treated like friends, or even more, like family. Our sales consultant, Mr. Ivan Saez, was very patient with us, from day one until the end, explained us all our options very well, responding promptly to all questions. Same, always responded promptly if we had questions via text messages or phone calls. He patiently went back and forth between us and his manager, working on getting us the deal was suitable for us. Once we got the deal we wanted, we were introduced to Mr. Jonathan Danial, the finance manager. Mr. Jonathan, didn’t just throw numbers at us, but instead he was also very patient and let us take all the time we needed without rushing us, to make sure we understand exactly how everything works, explaining us very clearly, every option and advising us on what was the best options for us.
I’m going to mention Mr. Bradley again, because he was on top of all this experience, calling us, responding super fast to our text messages and phone calls, making sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible.
All I can say is THANK YOU Mr. Bradley, THANK YOU Mr. Ivan, THANK YOU Mr. Jonathan and of course THANK YOU Autobarn Mazda of Evanston for a great experience in which you showed us that there’s still good, honest people out there and for everything you did for us, we really appreciate everything!
I highly recommend Autobarn Mazda of Evanston to anyone looking to buy a car.

Update: we had such a wonderful experience at Autobarn Mazda of Evanston that we went back yesterday and bought a Mazda 3! Working with the best: Brady, Ivan and Jonathan, the process was smooth and stress free! I’m so grateful for their time, hard work and honesty! Now, my husband has his beautiful CX-50 and I have my super cool Mazda 3!! We both love our cars and the friends we’ve made at Autobarn Mazda of Evanston!!
