- RXRachies x3Feb 23, 20211.0Do not park here in the winter if you need your car on a daily basis (errands, work, etc.) There is no snow removal service for the monthly fees you have to pay. If your car gets stuck, you have to dig yourself out, get assistance or have a friend come help you. Customer service on their website’s live chat is an absolute joke where there is only one “person” on (I have used it several times and it was also the same representative) who does not seem to have English as their first language nor understand basic manners. Rather than asking me if I had further questions, which I did, I kept getting replies like “have a nice day” as if they were ready to end my chat. When I tried contacting the owners of the lot regarding a payment issue and credit when the lot was closed down for CTA to work on some things, I never got a reply back via call or email despite leaving my contact information for them to contact me back.
