Our late father, Daniel J. Hecht founded our dealership in September 1958. We, (Danny, Jim, Bob, Jerry) have been associated with the automobile industry for our entire lives, and we continue to build on the foundation that dad started. It wasn’t until I was promised a car for Christmas and then it wasn’t done then either that I was given a loaner for the additional week. However, Tammy in service was amazing trying her best to communicate what was going on. It was not her fault the company can not get parts in when they say they will.

Clayton was very patient while we waited for our insurance payout. End of October,we had went and looked at a 2019 Suburban. It had some scratches that we didn't care for, so my boyfriend actually went to turn away and Clayton came out and talked with him and was happy to see if they could fix that. And they did,he stuck to his word and so did Dan Hecht! 100% recommend him as your salesman,he was easy to communicate with and kept us updated every step of the way. John E. also made the signing process really easy and explained everything with great detail. We had a great experience with Dan Hecht Chevrolet Toyota!

But when service was done 1 1/2 hours later was preparing to pay bill and found didn’t do all work had appointment for and by that time I had another place to be.
