Our late father, Daniel J. Hecht founded our dealership in September 1958. We, (Danny, Jim, Bob, Jerry) have been associated with the automobile industry for our entire lives, and we continue to build on the foundation that dad started. So I paid almost a thousand dollars to not fix the problem. Not the first time this has happened here. Will never buy a GM vehicle again.

I did have to deduct 2 stars for not sending the payoff to Ford Motor until 8 days later. This caused a payment to automatically come out of my account. I did, however, added 1 star back as Dan Hecht Dealership sent me almost a full payment back in the mail. It was $5.00 short. Oh, 4 stars; so close, but no burrito.

- THTina HerzingOct 29, 20251.0Sadly, not a great experience after being a repeat customer for years. I shared it with the office manager and she was very thankful for the feedback. Had an 11am appt for new tires and alignment. The loaner car we were given was old and rusty, dog hair all over seats, thick sticky residue in both cup holders. We were told it would be finished by 2pm. At 3:45, still no call so I called and was told they were finishing up the alignment. Around 4:30, they called saying the car before it had issues so they needed to wait and do our alignment the next morning. When we picked it up the next day, there was never a sorry nor a thank you for your business. And to add to the frustration, we had requested and reminded for a car wash 3 times and upon arrival, the truck had not been washed. So disappointing and not the Dan Hechr we grew to appreciate and love.
