About Club Car Wash
Founded as Tiger Express Car Wash in 2006, the company rebranded to Club Car Wash in 2019. Currently operating more than 120+ locations in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin; Club Car Wash is one of the largest and fastest growing express car wash companies in the Central United States. Club Car Wash has plans to scale rapidly into Kentucky, Tennessee, and Colorado through acquisitions and new developments.
I had been a member at Eclipse for a couple of years. I suspended my membership due to being unemployed and when I was able to afford to repurchase, I decided to buy a membership at Club Car Wash.
First, the employees were are all friendly and did a good job of getting my car prepped. The actual wash didn't seem quite as thorough as Eclipse and the sign at the end that says "if the car ahead of you doesn't pull up, honk" is a bit concerning.
Once I parked, my car was surprisingly clean. My black rims didn't need any additional scrubbing as they usually do when I visit Eclipse and that was much appreciated. I also didn't have any dirt running down the back of my hatchback. I did attempt to dry the remainder of my car with the one damp towel that given to me, but there are still water spots all over.
If there was a car mat washer on site I didn't see it and I like to wash them when I wash the car. I did use the vacuum on the mats and it picked up the dirt but they still look dirty. They also don't offer window cleaner like Eclipse does.
Overall, it's a solid option for a car wash in Glen Ed, but for me, I'll be going back to Eclipse when my month is up at Club.

Club Car Wash does a decent cleaning job. The entrance as you go through shows which wash you’re getting. Watch it because more than once I’ve gone through the pay area with cars in the other lanes and ended up getting a lesser wash than what I’ve paid for.

It's really annoying always being asked why I am not renewing my fastpass when I come for a single wash. I am very polite when denying it the first time (I know she is just doing her job and upselling) but when someone declines, you should not ask why, and keep pushing it until it is just plain uncomfortable. This happens literally every time I come. I will now be avoiding this location. I come for a car wash with money in hand, nothing more.

I will never go back to Club Car Wash. The staff here are incredibly pushy about trying to sell memberships — to the point that it feels like borderline harassment. Every single visit turns into a sales pitch before you can even get through the gate, no matter how many times you say “no.” It’s uncomfortable and completely unnecessary.
On top of that, the actual wash quality isn’t worth the money. My car came out with spots still on it, and the vacuums barely worked. For what they charge — especially considering how aggressive they are about upselling — you’d expect a much better experience.
Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. The constant pressure to sign up for a membership completely ruins what should be a quick, simple car wash.

I love Club car wash, but 2 common sense things to know! Don’t spray soap all over the driver side windshield while guiding me forward and stop yelling no Windshield wipers or turn them off when your spraying my windshield off, Cars nowadays The wipers automatically come on one time! They will go off!!
