Basic car wash at Club Car Wash in Decatur IL on Pershing road ended with 3 dents and 2 scratches on my new 2025 Trail Blazer car that had only 11,000 miles on it at the time. The car behind me pushed my car thru this drive thru car wash. They won't pay a dime of repair and claim it was my operation error by using their facility! Said "I should have honked my car when I knew there was a problem." No more car wash memberships for me!! NOT RECOMMENDED!
