As soon as we were unloaded our trunk we smelled a very sweet toxic smell; it was the battery burning. The smell was sulfur. We were able to find an Autozone who carried the same brand battery ($250) later. By the battery being in the trunk, it’s incased in a ton on trim and sound barrier not to mention a huge stabilizer bar. After going back and forth in Autozone buying tools to attempt the swap-we finally asked if there was somewhere close by that could swap the battery? The Autozone employee directed us to Car X tire and auto on Gilbert. Bill & Josh went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us out of towners out! They were sooooo kind and supportive and got us moving back in less than 15mins. In and out!! Thx ☺️ so very much for your kindness and hospitality! Danville is alright with us!! 👍🏽

- JLjalena lasleyFeb 16, 20221.0Went in for a oil change and tire rotation lady came back saying i needed new wind shield wipers then i told her those were new only a few weeks old she then go out and come back in and say they look alright then proceed to say my engine fluid brake fluids need changed not a problem gave a price on it all but never mentioned my tire rod was damaged in which they should have seen that while rotating my tires they gave me every problem i had that was well over 200$ in just parts
