  Waited 30 minutes later than my appointment, then the instructions I gave were not followed so I ended up waiting 3 hours for 4 tires.

  Went in to get oil change. Ryan found some other things wrong, he called and explained everything that needed to be done. My sister and I have used Dobbs for years and have never been disappointed. As women I have never been made to feel ignorant, have been treated with respect. My car is over 20 years old and still runs!

  Worked with Ryan over the phone who helped me set up an appointment; set great time and price expectations, and had my car to me, prior to time expected. Drake was super helpful as well. Replaced my starter on an older Acura. Thank you very much!

  Dropped vehicle off for diagnostics in the morning and was advised that it should not be driven and the part had to be ordered for repair. They made sure to place the order for the part to be delivered the next day. I was called before 10AM the next day as services were complete. Vehicle repaired, codes cleared, reasonable price, great customer service, and great turn around time!

  Totally negative. Blew a tire on my dually. Dobbs in Shiloh installed 4 new rears. Didn’t install extensions for valves as requested . Only put 55 lbs of air where sticker says 80psi on 12000 lb truck. Couple weeks later I get front tires replaced in Collinsville, they also did oil change then forgot to put sticker in windshield. Take back just last Saturday at 7 am to Collinsville to have tires finally fixed so I can check my own air pressure and they failed to complete simple procedure after nearly 3 hours. Never again will I do any business with dobbs and been telling all who will listen to avoid them
