- WWwhowrotethisMay 18, 20251.0DO NOT PARK HERE This place is a mess. Everyone parks wherever they want to, leaving little space to traverse the Already Tiny parking lot. Not to mention Half of the parking lot is ACTUALLY parking, while the other half is reserved. Don’t waste your money parking here. If you feel there is no parking, DONT ENTER. They will charge you $10 even if you were there for 2 minutes

So, of course, it won't scan. if a train is going by and you can't hear what they're saying, they will hang up on you also. Told them what store validated my parking, and they said they don't have a record of that store! Also, while fighting with them over the intercom to get out of lot, the time rolled over to the next hour, and I was charged more!

The machine was not scanning my validation, I called the help button & they said to try another validation or pay. It is a SINGLE lane on a steep incline with a garage door that opens behind you with cars piling behind. Couldn't just leave car there so they charged me $14 for a 30 minute trip to the store. Look up reviews of SP Plus Parking. Plenty of bad reviews out there. Parking on the street next time🤷♂️
