- FFFatma FAug 31, 20251.0We were able to park easily, but leaving was an awful experience. First, the staircase door into the garage was locked, meaning there was no way to re-enter the parking lot. We searched for over 45 minutes, stressed and worried, with no signs or help available. We eventually found a way in through another building. Second, in order to leave, you’re required to pay your ticket in the lobby—but the lobbies were locked and required resident access. Thankfully, a resident let us in. When we finally got to the front desk, we were told the payment had to be made at a machine hidden in a corner near the elevators, completely unmarked and impossible to find without being told. Overall, the locked entry staircase, inaccessible lobby, and no instructions made it extremely frustrating. It took us nearly 1 hour and 15 minutes just to get out.
