    Such an absolute scam, will charge you an extra $15 even if a couple of minutes late!!! So freaking ridiculous.

    DO NOT PARK HERE No support. We stuck 40 min in the gate to go out, because one person was late. So that person blocked the entire exit. So there were like maybe 6 more cars in the lane, waiting. They were make people standing in that line, so everyone was charged, without any reason. It's not our fault, that one person blocked entire exit for 40 min! When we explained our situation, they did not care. They charged us a lot, instead of helping us. At the end we paid, but before that happened we needed to wait 40 min for one person. There is no one to talk. Very unprofessional. It's not only unprofessional, but not safe for people who need to go quick to emergency. If you don't want to waste your time do not park here.

    Parked 2 days and no issue. The place is clear. Only 6b to 8a is for public parking. I didn't use spothero to reserve, u can try and maybe you save some money. My hotel guy told us to use spothero but I saw a lot of review saying you might end up paying double because the parking garage won't honor 3rd party bookings. Their website say only residence and ppl with ticket can go up to garage but it is not true. Anyone can get in but I see a lot of cameras around the building and there are many nice cars parked there.

    Their scanners do not read QR code either on a phone or printed. When you fit the help button they tell you to take a ticket, when you leave they charge you full fare. There is no one the facility to help you, they expect you to drive to another location in order to get any help at all. Really bad customer service.
