    I’m a monthly parking pass user. The best thing is probably the competitive rates. The doors entering and exiting are always malfunctioning in the open position. So I don’t feel my car is as secure as it could be. The gate is broken a couple times a month from drivers plowing through it. I will say S+P management are pretty responsive when a report is made. It’s a public parking garage, so it’s often full and many times as a monthly user I’ve been without a place to park. This is especially true when events are happening in the surrounding downtown area. This past week the entire system malfunctioned not letting drivers in or out without talking to an agent. They are the worst. Broken english, you have to constantly repeat yourself or ask them to do the same. I just want to park my car in a space that I’m paying access for. The same way they want your payment one time every month.

    This SP TRASH, keep selling parking while parking is full!!! No even help button there, worst part company in Chicago.

    This garage has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked the parking ahead of time and pre-paid. When I showed up to the garage the scanner wouldn't scan my QR code from the reservation. When I pressed the button for assistance and spoke with someone they told me to try just taking a ticket. The button to take a ticket also did not work and the screen read "error." I explained multiple times that the screen was reading error. The person I was speaking to said they would be sending someone to take a look and would be there in 1-2 minutes I tried calling the number listed for assistance and was never able to get through. I was on site for 30 minutes after the initial person said someone would be there in 1-2 minutes and no one ever showed up or was able to help me get into the garage. I ended up having to find parking elsewhere. This garage is clearly not managed or maintained as the issue was very clearly with the ticket device and scanner.
