- ASAbel SidaOct 12, 20251.0Entrance to the parking lot up the winding road is extremely tight! This was built for the tiny smart cars. You can see where everyone has scratched up on the walls. Turning up onto the next floor is extremely tight. Only 1 star due tithe reservation online at ParkWhiz.
- GGGlutzSep 16, 20255.0The gate is not closed, you have to pull up close enough for the sensor to see your car and open. This is a VERY TIGHT garage. I used spothero and had no issues whatsoever. DO NOT leave valuables/items in view, inside your car. Just like everywhere else in Chicago. $35 for 2 days for us with spot hero. Would use again.

Scanning the QR code at the entrance and exit was super smooth and you enter the building with the QR code as well. Would do it again.

The very first time I’ve ever run late at work I wanted to get out of the garage nine minutes after my reservation expired and they absolutely made me pay $16. No customer service and the parking attendance are pretty snotty
