- SYSarah YingAug 17, 20255.0Booked on sp+ but garage recently changed to Metropolis elm st plaza parking at 75 W elm st. Called the number on the gate and they were very helpful and said I was at the right place. Very easy to park in and it was only $65 for 3 whole days

They cashed my monthly check early before the payment was due and tried to charge me for bouncing the check they cashed 2 weeks early. They charge you an added fee for everything including a replacement card to enter the garage (which is a small white credit card type that is not worth $25). I’ve also seen multiple dead animals in here that no one addresses for weeks. And the gate transponder has been broken multiple times causing traffic jams at the exit making me late for work. If this wasn’t close to where I live I would NEVER park here.
