- CCCaitlin CamireOct 26, 20251.0Horrible experience. Would give it 0/5 if I could. All gates and pay machines are broken. Huge line of cars. Once you pay it will say authorizing but the gate will not go up. Do not waste your time parking here.

One time the apartment manager had to beep us out after 30 min of waiting on help. The second time we paid full price just to get out because we knew it would be impossible to have SP+ help us. So instead of $11 for 6 hours, we paid $41 total. Would happily change this posting if SP wants to reach out to refund the extra $30, but until then, users beware. On previous visits it was an easy experience, so it's not like we suddenly forgot how to use the prepay service.
