  I am only giving them 2 stars because of Eddie B who eventually gave us a ride to our car. When my 5 year old daughter and I arrived to the airport a week ago, we were in a hurry and I left the parking ticket in my car without paying attention to the lot name. Yesterday night we were flying back. Our flight was over an hour late, so we arrived around 10:15pm. I remembered that I had parked my car in an outside lot and close to terminal 3. That's what I tried explaining to several people who looked like community helpers. Finally someone told us to go to the shuttle center. That's where we met a representative of Parking Operations - a young Hispanic looking man with mustache. I explained that we had been looking for our car for over an hour and that we were told they can locate our car by the license plate. He called someone on his walkie talkie and they located the car. Then he told us to "walk straight, then turn left". I asked, how do I know where to turn left? He said, you'll see. Now remember, I'm with a 5 year old, and it's after 11pm. My initial understanding was that my car must be somewhere close, so we started walking. After a couple minutes of walking, I realized that it's in a different part of the parking lot and that the way is not pedestrian friendly. We returned to the shuttle center, where that young man with mustache was parked, and I told him that we were tired and asked him to send someone to take us to our car. He called someone again and then told us it would take up to 30 minutes to get the ride. In less than 5 minutes the ride showed up - it was our savior Eddie B who finally took us to our car. Later I looked up how long it would take us to walk from the shuttle center to parking lot C, where our car was parked. It would take us over 20 minutes walking - about 0.7 mile. My question to SP Plus is this: Why do you hire people who do not care? That young man with mustache could care less about me and my 5 year old daughter. If I hadn't asked him to send someone for us, he wouldn't have done it. Why don't you guys give this job to someone who is supposed to help airport patrons and who is community oriented?
