As a residents guest this was very unpleasant and I expected a lot more from the building due to its wonderful reviews. Parking needs an attitude check and training on how to actually provide assistance and customer service.

Can’t park there with anything bigger than a subcompact- maybe especially with the already tight throughways. Can’t park in spaces marked reserved of which there are many nor spaces at the top level of building for residents. Saw a half dozen cars coming down on the way up and about the same amount on the way down. I’m sure the people going down were thinking the same think I was thinking and the people on the way up will be disappointed as I was…
