- ASAlex SMay 7, 20231.0I Had the worst parking experience and the worst service assistance in my life. I was trying to leave the parking lot, I inserted my ticket in the machine, it took it but showed no option to pay and proceed. I was not able to cancel and get my ticket back , when I called support they offered to pay $75 for my 30 minutes of my parking stay as “lost ticket” cost. I spent over 40 minutes speaking with all the different representatives who were incompetent to recover ticket and over all were not able to assist with my issue caused by their device. $75 is a Ridiculous value for their system error! Disappointed, waist of my money and time!

My debit card is damaged, I had a hard time paying my balance. I notified the parking attendant on duty. The woman wasn't no big help, instead she made give her all of my personal information. From my mailing address, license plate number. I felt embarrassed, humiliate and scared. All this for $28 balance? And I had money on my card the parking garage attend was no help. She detain me without giving me any other options. I need to speak to the manager.. This is a legal documentation that my personal information was collected by the female parking garage. This will protect me from identity theft. 09/10/2022 Do not use this garage
