We had a booking until 3:30, arrive at 3:28, he didn’t get to us until 3:34 as he was moving another car. He tried to charge us an additional 26 dollars for being late. Not only was he trying to rip us off, he was extremely rude while doing so. I’m guessing he’s used to pushover clientele in that area but that wouldn’t be the case with us. We didn’t pay the additional fee after he wavered and said he’d be doing us a favor. I’ll absolutely never use this place again. I’m sure the manager will respond asking me for an email of the experience. Why should that matter. It’s clear this little man still has his job after numerous complaints of his behavior.
