When questions arose about in-and-out privileges and I realized I had purchased the wrong pass, I called customer service and they quickly involved their management and facility manager to help me out. They supported my request at transforming this into a pass that worked for me at the same price and showed a lot of flexibility. It took no more than one hour to get to a solution. There was always parking available and the facility felt safe for both myself and my car. No incidents to report over the two weeks I parked there. I can recommend this as a long-term parking solution. It's best to reach out to them directly when you need a long-term solution that's different from a monthly pass.
