- RRRaeDec 23, 20221.0Stuck waiting at the gate to exit the garage for almost 30 minutes. NO ATTANDANT. Well there was one but i guess unable to help as she was just standing at the booth. Eventually Aon building security came to investigate as 2 lanes were sitting idle unable to exit. Learned there were 30 plus cars waiting to exit behind me (2 ahead of me) at 530P on a Wednesday. Garage full of car exhaust. Seemed each car ahead of me had to push the call button after inserting their ticket. Which was my experience as well. Because each car waited longer than the allowed 10 minutes to exit, SP Parking wanted additional money at the gate in order to exit, the same amount I'd paid to park all day. I'd already paid upstairs at the pay box. Had to argue with the man over the exit box phone (as I imagine everyone ahead of me had) because a customer should not have to pay for the privilege of WAITING TO EXIT AT THE GATE FOR 30 MINUTES BREATHING IN CARBON MONOXIDE. Clearly he was reading from a script and wouldn't let me out. Building security tried to explain the situation as well and he still would not open the gate. I gave my name and phone and number and have yet to hear from SP. DON'T PARK HERE.

I went with my friend for the first time to visit Chicago we could've park somewere else but we decided to park at AON Center first the guy didnt explain to us how we had to pay the another person tells us to pay it was $16 weekend special for the whole day we only went for 2 hours and ended up paying $42 dollars and they gave us the worse attitute ever VERY RUDE. Never going again.
