I was nearly trapped in this lot this morning when the scanners at the exit refused to recognize the QR code on my ticket or parking validation (both correct and valid, for the record). Customer service was barely intelligible, speaking poor English through a tinny speaker and repeatedly asking me what the error message was — there was none, it simply would not scan the QR code on the validation, the result being nothing happened. When I stated there was no error message and eventually shouted asking to be let out, they repeated that they needed to "follow procedure". I'm not sure what the procedure is supposed to be, but presumably the best procedure from the perspective of the facility means I should just pay for parking twice. I ended up needing to park again and randomly try kiosks until one of them recognized the validation QR code. And what would have happened if none worked? There was no human attendant in sight. Another "customer" was in the lobby howling at customer service because they were also stuck inside the garage. You literally can't leave without the machine letting you out. Extortion caused by "broken" equipment is no less extortionate. And can you imagine if someone had a medical emergency in the car? They'd just be stuck in the lot. It's actually dangerous. This episode set me back ten minutes and consequently I was late for work. My wife and son were also stuck with me throughout this episode. I was not surprised to look this parking up on Google Maps and find all of these negative reviews describing similar issues with payment and exiting. I don't have a problem paying for parking, but I have a huge problem with broken equipment and customer service procedures making it physically impossible to leave and / or extorting the parker into paying twice. I have lived in Chicago for over fifteen years and have never had an experience like this before, despite paying for parking literally thousands of times in other lots.

Worst parking experience. The back side getting stuck multiple times 20-40 min, cars waiting to get out. Sorry for the business, would attract less customer with this issue.

I would rate this zero if I could. I had to find parking for a short period of time and had nothing but issues from day one. I purchased parking online while standing with a staff member (wish I knew her name as she was the only member who seemed personable). I was informed the deal online was a great price since it included the key card and I’d be saving money. I purchased the monthly monthly pass and was soon met with the constant issue of picking up a key card. Every time I went management was either not there or I learned new “information” which would hinder obtaining the card. Eventually I got my key card and soon after my credit card was charged with out my authorization for the key card. There seemed to be no emphasis on service/resolution. I sucked it up and requested to stop my service immediately. I canceled auto renew online as I was informed to do over phone and emailed customer service to cancel my plan. Here we are 2 months later and I’ve no received a bill for 160 dollars. The email to customer serviced was responded to and I was CC’ed for it to be sent to someone else for assistance. Countless calls to corporate, and an inability to track down the onsite manager has been fun. Any time I can get to the lot when she is supposed to be on duty she is gone. I would recommend no one park here. Better pricing down the block with an actual ability to speak with management.
This is an ongoing issue. I will update if the company owns up to its failure of a communications network and removes the existing charges.

I just left this parking lot and let me say what horrible people work there . I literally only went tanning and that was it , I walk to my car I was realized I some how I drop my parking ticket I search everywhere, all over the place . When I told the parking lot workers they told to bad we can’t do anything for you, I begged and begged and explain what i did at that shopping center only tanned for 12 mins then I called the tanning salon and she told me there was nothing she can do I have a membership at that location I’m there every other day that is total Ridiculous when someone is crying And begging, Obviously if someone’s doing all that, I would think they are telling the truth. Then the best part I had to pay 26 $, you guys Ripped me off! That is not right what you do to people and I’m so upset that I am actually writing a review to warn other people what type of workers work there !!
