- VIVasia Ivan4 days ago1.0I used twice in different locations in Chicago one on 26 December Navy Pier and one at 55 E Monroe garage using Parkwiz. Locations didn’t take the pass. I have to pay again to be able to leave. No attendant on both location. Push call guy answered he can’t help. They were a line of people like us. Refunds not given. Don’t ever use it. It’s a scam. Pay more at location but myno problems. Watch online will be a Class action lawsuit soon.

Pushed the assistance button waited 10-12 mins. Called the phone number, no one answered and no one has returned the call.
