One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the restrooms are pretty far apart, and most public restrooms require you to buy something before you can use them. So if you need to go, try to wait until you’re at a restaurant. I also felt really safe because there were plenty of police officers around. Honestly, I think Chicago police officers might be my favorite—they were very present and reassuring.
