- JEjonathan eichorstAug 14, 20251.0Used to be able to pay for parking via apps at discounted rates. Now you have to sign up with metropolis and the changes are exponentially higher. Hence I will no longer park at this location. And I am supremely confident no one else will be happy paying twice the cost. Worse still there was no previous announcement at all. So today I paid for parking via a parking app. But I will have to pay again with this new system. It was already expensive, now it is just outrageous. nearing $50 a day. Do yourself a favor and find literally anywhere else in the area to park. Boycott the location for it's excessive greed.

It stated to press the call button and the person on the other end was no help. He told me I would have to pay again and try to get a refund. I am still trying to get a refund, which is hard as there is no number to call, and only an online form to fill out which has gotten zero response.
