- DMDewayne MossOct 8, 20245.0Our family experience.... seeing all the bad reviews on here i have nothing to add but good. we used this parking lot for about 3 hours during the afternoon with no issues. easy in and easy out. this parking garage was located on the second story (upper deck) was a great location for the ice cream factory and some walking around. don't leave valuables sitting out so people can see what's in your car. once again, no issues. I would park here again if needed.

I called the 800 # they could not help, told me to call back. Called on Wednesday and spoke to a very disgruntled representative who acted as if I dragged her out of bed for this! Terrrrrible service!
- AAArunAug 6, 20185.0Lovely parking spot to park the whole day for cheap through spot hero app. Excellent location as its very close to Michigan Avenue and Magnificent mile. However the access can be confusing as its on the first level on the East Illinois Avenue and I had gone below it following the GPS from West Illlinois Avenue straight towards East Illinois Avenue. Directions need to be clear that East Illinois Avenue is on the first level from Michigan Avenue and not from West Illinois Avenue.
