Worst parking experience of my life. Spaces and turning areas are ridiculously small. I drive an Accord, not an SUV, and it's extremely difficult to navigate this garage.
Worse than that, because of communication issue between BestParking and Metropolis and me entering license plate wrong, I waited for 15 minutes at the exit for a remote agent to lift the gate for me... and then they sent me an invoice for $89.50 for a parking spot I had already paid for. This garage is particularly awful, but I would never park in a Metropolis lot again, even if I had to valet for $150 instead.

This parking garage is absurdly tiny. There is barely any space to park a car, nor is it large enough for two cars to pass by each other. There is no elevator either, so if you have to park on the 5th floor, you have no choice but to take the stairway.

My friend booked this through spothero. The garage is extremely cramped and spaces are super tight.
Exiting didn't work, had to call and get the gate opened and had to send payment confirmation.
Not the most convenient experience nor garage.

This parking garage is horrible. I booked a space through parking.com and almost a month later, I received a notice in the mail claiming that I owed money for unpaid fees. While I was able to get the situation resolved, I still wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone. As others have commented, the layout is awful and it was difficult to get back in the garage unless someone was driving in or out. I should also mention that this garage is not accessible (there isn't an elevator), so if you have physical mobility issues, avoid this garage.

Wish I had read the reviews here prior to booking with Spot Hero App. After reading through them all, I feel they are all amazingly accurate!
Impossibly tight parking and ramps handling two way traffic. Very dangerous as pedestrians share travel lanes with cars.
Once you leave the building on foot, good luck getting back in. Everything is locked down, so if you don't have the app (due to Spot Hero access) you can't get back in the building. Getting the car out was equally hard. There was a sign that indicated we should text a number to open the exit gate. Once I did that however, they tried to charge me AGAIN through text messages. Now, three days later they are adding on late fees for a duplicate parking charge that I should never have been assessed in the first place.
The system is a nightmare, and the garage is terrible. Do not park here!
Over $75 of additional fees beyond what we paid on Spot Hero! This place is a joke!
