- DCDannie CSep 5, 20253.0They charged me more and lied about the time I exited their garage! They said I stayed here 3 hours past the time I left and we left the system of a down concert early to make sure we did not exceed our time after we spent over $70 in parking. Keep everything if you park here! Proof of everything!!! In the end we spent well over $100 to park in this place for only 6 hours! Update - bumped them up to 3 stars ONLY because they refunded the additional $29 they charged me. They did claim it to be a one time courtesy refund. Not sure how it is a one time courtesy when I proved them wrong. Thankfully I enjoy taking picture of Chicago and could prove we left the concert early, arrived at their garage early, hit the Chicago skyway BEFORE our parking end time, and made it all the way back to Indiana an hour before they said we left their garage. Cameras come in handy!

Weird, I couldn’t tell, they acted like they didn’t have any idea as soon as we walked up, shortly after we arrived the line started quickly.. the guy helping us looked in the key box, didn’t find our key, then stood there for a second, helped another customer.. than took our ticket & walked away.. uh okay? Another guy comes up, sees the line asks one guy for his ticket, helps him than asks us, if we’ve been helped.. “idk? He couldn’t find our key, took our ticket & walked away, idk if we’re being helped” & he said “you’re being helped than” 🧐 okay I guess.. Than our car comes back to us, basically.. half way away from us on the opposite end, they couldn’t find the key, because it was still in the fkn car 🤨 windows wide open & engine was warm, which was odd considering we were gone for 4 hours, our car was in a covered carport, completely enclosed.
