- DCDannie CSep 5, 20253.0They charged me more and lied about the time I exited their garage! They said I stayed here 3 hours past the time I left and we left the system of a down concert early to make sure we did not exceed our time after we spent over $70 in parking. Keep everything if you park here! Proof of everything!!! In the end we spent well over $100 to park in this place for only 6 hours! Update - bumped them up to 3 stars ONLY because they refunded the additional $29 they charged me. They did claim it to be a one time courtesy refund. Not sure how it is a one time courtesy when I proved them wrong. Thankfully I enjoy taking picture of Chicago and could prove we left the concert early, arrived at their garage early, hit the Chicago skyway BEFORE our parking end time, and made it all the way back to Indiana an hour before they said we left their garage. Cameras come in handy!

I went 20 minutes over and Terrence was extremely nasty about it when I asked about the price. I was shocked because never in my life have I encountered someone working at their job who was so impolite and I’ll mannered. Terrence is why I will never return or recommend this location to anyone and will be following up with Spot Hero to make a formal complaint.
