  This place is a complete scam and an absolute disgrace. I booked parking ahead of time through ParkWhiz, expecting a smooth experience—what I got instead was pure chaos, rudeness, and blatant disrespect. When I arrived, a big sign out front said “Parking Full – Residents Only.” No instructions, no one around to help, and definitely no indication of where to go if you had a reservation. I pulled in hoping to speak to someone, and immediately this valet or manager came up and started yelling at me like I was trespassing. He was rude, aggressive, and downright hostile from the start. And let’s not sugarcoat it—his attitude was beyond unprofessional, it was racist. The way he spoke to me compared to others standing around was disgusting. This wasn’t just bad customer service—this was personal. There were people waiting all over the place, clearly annoyed and stuck just trying to get their cars. The whole setup is a disaster—it’s a joke of an operation run by people who clearly don’t give a damn about professionalism, organization, or basic human decency. I didn’t feel safe, welcome, or respected—and I ended up leaving without parking. DO NOT give this place your money. They shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. Avoid this dump at all costs.

  I booked parking here through ParkWhiz and when I arrived, the sign out front said “Parking Full, Residents Only.” I pulled in anyway hoping to talk to someone, but there were no clear directions or signs explaining where to go or what to do. As I was looking for a spot to stop, a valet or manager very defensively told me to wait, but offered no help or information. The whole setup feels completely unorganized and the valets are rude. I also noticed a lot of people waiting around for their cars, so I realized I’d probably be stuck waiting forever just to park or leave. I ended up just leaving instead. I don’t recommend parking here, save yourself the hassle and find another garage.

  This parking garage is commiting fraud. I paid with spothero and arrive at the garage, show the attendant, and he makes me open up a website on my phone which he says just tracks the amount of time i've been there. Sketchy but sure whatever I thought. I come back to get my car and he tries to make me pay using the app he original made me open on my phone. After arguing that I already paid with spothero, he starts saying that entering my credit card into the app and hitting pay won't doubt charge me and that's how they get the funds from spothero. Obviously not. I ended up paying using their app to get my car back but called up spothero and my credit card company to get both charges reversed. DO NOT BOOK HERE WITH SPOTHERO. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

  cannot emphasize enough how rude the guys are that work here. so patronizing. the garage is so poorly run. they have a number for you to text to tell them you need the car, you get there and tell them you texted and they say oh we dont use that because we’re too busy. have waited up to 20 minutes to use my own car!! and the long waits are not the worst part compared to just how rude and full of attitude the employees are. park literally anywhere else if you can.

  Monica the manager has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If i could give this garage 0 stars I would. Rude confusing business model and horrible customer service with no empathy towards customers. Save yourself and don’t park here. Also found a scratch on my car since parking here. They bill you if your 20 minutes over your reservation. BEWARE
