Before, the validation from gangnam market gave you free parking for 90min and you pay for the time in excess (this is pretty standard). With metropolis, if you go over the 90min, you don’t get any discount at all. There’s also always a convenience fee tacked on which is petty but was never an occurrence with standard parking garages? Customer service is also unhelpful.

- CLColleen LainoMay 6, 20255.0This garage is wonderful! I’m a resident of Spoke and parking here is so convenient and makes me feel so safe! And the public parking for Gangnam Market and for my visitors means I never have to worry about where my friends and family will park when they come to see me. The rates are very reasonable , the areas are clean and well kept, ample spaces available, and overhead door closes behind you when you arrive for extra added safety. The staff is very responsive and friendly. Love SP+!!!
- ACAlex ChenDec 2, 20231.0AVOID IF POSSIBLE, bad customer service, small lot, recommend parking on the street instead! On 12/2/2023, I tried to park in this lot in order to shop at Gangnam Market (which gives parking validation). Spots were completely full. This lot had EXTREMELY bad customer service, I had to spend 5-10 minutes wrangling with remote call center workers in order to get out of the garage without paying. Found convenient street parking nearby right after I exited.
