- TDTim DeMaraisDec 9, 20255.0Easy! Had a reservation on SpotHero from 7:00pm to 11:00pm on a Monday night for $20. I drove in at 7:04pm and drove out at 10:50pm. I input my license plate number when I made the reservation and that and payment was all that was needed. The cameras read my plate and opened the gates seamlessly for me. There are 5 floors. I parked on floor 2B and there were tons of open spaces. Clear signs showed the way to elevators to get to the ground floor. The mall was closed so there was only a couple doors open on the ground level to access the building, but it is staffed and helped out. Parking here is open 24/7 which is very convenient. Best experience I've had parking downtown.
