    Only way to pay is through app on phone. Signs all over lot saying if you scan their qr code you may get directed to a scammer. My phone died. I went to attendant to ask how to pay. They we rude and said only way to pay was by signing up for app and confirming phone number. Phone dead. I have no idea what they will charge me now that I just drove out. Rude, overpriced, and they shunt the work off on to you to download an app, take risk of being scammed, and unhelpful if any issues with app. Park literally anywhere else

    I parked my car in the parking lot. Then I scanned the store's QR - code. It was said that it would only cost three dollars within three hours, but I was charged more than 14.99 dollars, and it was double charged. One time it was three dollars, and the other time it was more than 14.99 dollars. Another thing is that I just registered their account, and I was charged three dollars even though I hadn't parked my car yet. I called them many times, but no one answered. It kind of feels like a scam.

    This used to be an affordable parking location, with it's biggest downfall being the set up of the lot. Now the price is 5x higher, and not all the exits are operational. I had the misfortune of trying to exit on 18th, the cones were moved to the side so I hadn't even know it was not operational until I pulled up and had cars behind me also trying to leave. It was a nightmare trying to back up, with cars squeezed together with what amounts to less than 1.5 lane space to turn around. 10/10 would never recommend or use again!
