They had their car towed with no warning and were held up by staff when having to prove they paid for parking. Wha little they offered for reimbursement was to cover the uber to pick up the car. This is a criminal offense, stealing someone’s car who has paid for private parking and extorting them should be grounds for a closed business. Shame on this trashy company and their criminal offenses.

Rates are reasonable for downtown parking, but be prepared for $60 price tag for 24 hours if your child is staying overnight at the hospital after surgery. And hospital doesn't validate parking. Cops drive through at night every hour, and very safe. Pay at exit, or at ATM machine downstairs in lobby.
