Horrible service, made a reservation through spot hero; payed $30 for 8am-2pm, came in at 8:15am left at 2:15 on the dot and they would not let me through bc my parking “expired”. It only takes cash or physical credit card which I did not have and they told me “find a way” and just left me with no options. Will NEVER park here again.
- GSGwen SmudaDec 9, 20251.0Like others, I have been trapped in this garage, unable to leave, because of their faulty technology. I spent over 20 minutes calling various support reps using the kiosk, blocking all other cars, unable to move because of the gate in front of me and the cars behind. For whatever reason, none of the reps, who knows where in the world they were, would let me out. Some of them got angry at me. There should be a law in Chicago that if a company lets you in a parking garage, they have to let you out.
