So far very happy with our parking experience. We used SpotHero to book parking because our hotel was $70/day. Not ideal when I don't plan on driving while I am here. Parking garage is well lit & plenty of spaces available. I agree with others to take lots of pictures of where you park. It is easy to lose your bearings. If you bring suitcases, park by the elevators unless you don't mind carrying your luggage up steps.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received from the manager, Yohannes W. Every time I’ve interacted with him, he has been rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service skills. I honestly don’t understand how someone so unprofessional and unpleasant can be in a management position. I spend too much money here to be treated with that kind of attitude. This experience has made me reconsider returning.
