- DBDave BlackNov 11, 20255.0Very convenient and clean, close to a ton of restaurants, hotels and the park. Purchase parking online before you go and it's way cheaper. It can be confusing once you're down there to find a spot and the way out. Take pics of where you park, you might get lost.

When I called support on the gate machine, a lady slowly appeared with short, bleached hair and couldn't get the issue resolved. She came back 5 minutes later with another person and troubleshot the system and eventually figured it out over 10 minutes of time. The entire time she was totally rude and even said "don't snatch the phone out of my hand" when I took it back (non-snatch style). I wouldn't want her working for me, that's for sure! Also, I've called the office several times and there's never a manager working when I call (during business hours). I will not be parking here again.

I understand that it is a park policy not a garage policy but it would be helpful to know ahead of time so people can make the choice to park somewhere else if the park is not their destination.

When I put in the address, the location of the pedestrian stairs kept coming up. The auto entrance is accessed from the OPPOSITE side of Michigan Ave (northbound side).

I called the night shift worker, but he never showed up. So we were late to my daughter's friend's birthday party. We will never use this car park again
