  I've been a regular Sixt customer b/c of their great customer service until this rental, for which they are trying to scam me out of $1300 by claiming I caused an infinitesimal scratch on top of the rear bumper. The car was in no accidents with me and there is no other plausible way I would have caused the damage (my luggage doesn't even have wheels). Plus getting my key was a hassle, the A/C didn't work for half the drive, and the car kept reminding me that maintenance was overdue. Not sure what happened to Sixt but alas will be going back to Hertz or others.

  They are very bad and have no commitment. I've dealt with them more than once, and I don't recommend dealing with them. You waste time and don't get what was agreed upon. I recommend conducting a comprehensive review of your current operational systems and employee management practices. It would also be beneficial to implement employee assessments to ensure performance standards are being met. In addition, I strongly suggest arranging an inspection visit to your Chicago Airport branch to personally observe the interactions between staff and their supervisor.

  BE WARNED....DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL COMPANY. This isn't the same Sixt company you are accustomed to. I rented a Volvo V60 Cross Country. I was charged $52.04 for fuel when I returned the car with a full tank. I was charged a late fee; although my contract stated return by 0830hrs and I returned the vehicle on or about 0600hrs. I should have known something was up when the front desk person kept trying to get me to buy additional insurance, when I already had insurance. Also, when you go to pick up your rental, it is very difficult trying to navigate where to go once leaving the front desk. Chicago Sixt isn't the place to rent a vehicle. I use an on board car camera and took pictures of the car. I will be deleting my account.

  Avoid Sixt at Chicago O’Hare! I rented a car from Sixt at O’Hare Airport and returned it in perfect condition. The attendant inspected the vehicle at drop-off and confirmed no damage, I even received a report showing that. Then, more than 24 hours later, I get a notice claiming there’s a huge scratch on the side door that anyone would’ve noticed right away. Totally dishonest. When I tried to reach their claims department, of course, no one was available. These guys have zero integrity, I highly recommend avoiding Sixt.

  You have been warned unless you want to be profiled by your skin and sweats and hoodie you wear don't come to this location seriously. Had a whole reservation with a master credit card and was told by customer service multiple times before I got there that my credit card is legit which the accept all credit cards anyway just to get to the location to be told they don't accept my kind of master credit card I ask the guy why is that I spoke with customer multiple times and they told me for sure I was fine that the profile guy gone say you didn't speak with me umm duh y'all don't even have a straight threw number to speak with you about questions and concerns with a reservation at so tea I was left stranded with no transportation while I was there visiting. Call customer service back just to be told they for sure accept all master credit card and they very sorry about the way the rep treated me smh that's all you can come up with after you directly telling me without telling me that this guy profile me shameful world we living in
