  I went to this establishment with my sister and her boyfriend today, recently. I can’t remember when I got in but I know it was fast!!! I was on my phone and then boom done! The price is cheap and everyone here is very nice. We waited in the inside while the car was being fixed and it was pleasant. 10/10 I recommend this place to anyone in need of car fixings :)

  Man, I cant explain to anyone how helpful this guy was. I called 12 shops after a blowout and no one had my size of tire, but this guy did. He closed his shop at 7 on Sunday and i wouldn't make it in time but he told me to give him a call when we arrive and he would open the shop for me. Once done with the tire, i tried to pay him and he said it was on the house. I would recommend this guy to anyone.

  ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE – CHRISTMAS MIRACLE FR I normally don’t write reviews, but I HAD to take the time to write this one because 57 Tires New & Used on Bradley deserves all the recognition and support. On Christmas Day, of all days, BOTH of my tires busted. I was stressed, frustrated, and honestly thinking I was about to be stuck with no help because it was literally a holiday. I called THREE MINUTES before they were supposed to close, not expecting much… but they still answered, still cared, and still helped me. Not only did they let me come in, they changed BOTH of my tires quickly, professionally, and with great attitudes, and charged me ONLY $95 TOTAL. On CHRISTMAS. In this economy. When most places wouldn’t even pick up the phone. They could’ve easily said no. They could’ve rushed me. They could’ve overcharged me. They could’ve had an attitude. But they did NONE of that. Instead, they were kind, understanding, efficient, and made a stressful situation turn into a huge relief. That alone says so much about the type of business this is. They genuinely care about people, not just money. The service was fast, the prices were more than fair, and the respect and professionalism were unmatched. You don’t find places like this often anymore. This is one of those hidden gems that deserve loyal customers and nonstop support. If you ever need tires — new or used — PLEASE go to 57 Tires New & Used on Bradley. I promise you won’t regret it. They really came through for me when I needed it most, and I’ll forever appreciate that. Thank you so much to the team at 57 Tires. Y’all turned my Christmas around and gained a customer for LIFE. 🙏🏽🎄🚗💯 Highly recommend. 10/10 service. Go support good people and a great local business! 💙

  I had a terrible experience at 57 Tires in Champaign. I purchased four used tires, and every single one went flat immediately after leaving the facility. That alone is unacceptable, but what made the situation worse was how it was handled afterward. When I returned to address the issue, the staff refused to take accountability for the work and instead told me I needed to leave. Rather than inspecting the tires or attempting to correct the problem, they argued with me and my wife and escalated the situation. Customer service was extremely poor, and the quality of work was even worse. A tire shop should stand behind their work, especially when a serious issue happens right after installation. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  I had a very disappointing experience at 57 Tires in Champaign. Not only was my tire installed incorrectly, but the staff also became argumentative and unprofessional when I questioned the work. Instead of calmly explaining or fixing the issue, they argued with both me and my sister, which only escalated the situation. Because the tire was put on wrong, I’m now concerned that it may have caused damage to my vehicle, which is unacceptable for a business that specializes in tires. Customer service matters just as much as the work itself, and this place failed on both ends. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. If you value proper installation and respectful treatment, you may want to look elsewhere.
