I was in the middle of an out-of-state move from Illinois to Texas, and Brian Read and John Detrick turned what could have been a very stressful process into an incredibly smooth and peaceful experience. Brian went above and beyond—he even started my paperwork on his day off before I arrived. By the time I came in, Brian and John had everything handled: out-of-state financing, a drive-away permit with my Texas address, and the entire title and plate process coordinated to be delivered to my new address. I didn’t have to deal with tax offices or extra paperwork at all. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the customer are rare to find. Brian even helped personally with vehicle pickup on a Sunday when the showroom was closed. This team truly respects their customers, and I’m extremely grateful for their help. Highly, highly recommend.
