He responded the next day on how to correct the situation and get my truck back to 100%. 5 days later, the office personnel is calling just to ensure the truck is still running fine. Needless to say, if you need any work done to your vehicle, let the team at BNTP do it. The office and shop staff go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are taken care of.

I contacted two Ford dealers and the best they could do to look at the issue was one week and four weeks respectively. I talked to Taylor at Bloomington Truck Performance and said she could get me in the next morning. I had the truck towed to their facility after hours and Brady waited for me to arrive. They were able to repair the next day and get me back on the road. Excellent customer service by helping someone that needed repairs quickly. They called back with the issue and price ( which was quite fair) and completed in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend them for any needed service.
