I booked the truck with Chuck who was friendly and helpful and whom later I found out was the owner. When I picked up and returned the truck I was waited on by Shawn (or Sean....I didn't ask). I was surprised to find I had to take out insurance coverage. When I asked if my regular insurance would cover me he was sarcastic and condescending. When I returned the truck the group who unloaded it for me didn't fold the blankets so he charged me $30 to do so. I explained I didn't know that was a requirement and he hadn't mentioned that when I picked up the truck. He again was sarcastic and condescending and still charged me. I asked him to please have the owner call me....I never received a call. I then called in to talk to the owner on three separate occasions and on all three they were uncooperative and I never did get a chance to tell him how poorly I was treated.
