  Bought a 2018 F150 here, right after the warranty ended it got a check engine light and had a hard time working. I hadn’t been driving anywhere far besides work and back. I took it to a mechanic shop and it had a misfire on 2cylinders. They said the wires had electrical tape on them and that could be a problem. They said I will need new fuel injectors. Don’t buy a vehicle from here unless it’s brand new

  I recently bought a car from Twin Falls Volkswagen and I would recommend Twin Falls Volkswagen to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I had an excellent experience at Twin Falls Volkswagen. The reason I had an excellent experience was mainly because of three of Twin Falls Volkswagen outstanding employees who are Wyatt, Tommy and Brauc. I live in Texas and I have been searching the internet for a certain year and certain edition Mustang for my son who is about to start driving. Twin Falls Volkswagen happened to have the year and edition Mustang, I have been looking for. When I first called Twin Falls Volkswagen, I spoke Wyatt over the telephone. Wyatt was very polite, informative, answered all of my questions and he even made me a personal video of the Mustang since I could not yet see it in person. Wyatt helped me make my decision to fly my son and I out to Idaho when he offered to pick us up at the airport. I know most salespersons or dealerships would not normally offer that service, but I was so appreciative that they did that for us. Wyatt was my first point of contact and my first salesperson. This process of buying this car took me over a week due to having to book a flight and also having to wait for my son to get out of school for his Christmas break. Tommy was my second point of contact and my second salesperson when Wyatt was off work during that week and I had any new questions. Brauc handled the financial paperwork once I was at Twin Falls Volkswagen and he made the process very fast and painless. My son did not know he was about to get his first car and Wyatt and Tommy also helped with making that a surprise by hiding the Mustang in the repair shop and also placing a big red bow on the roof of the Mustang. When my son finally saw his first car in person, he was so surprised and in shock. My son and I drove his first car out from the Twin Falls Volkswagen dealership parking lot and all the way back to our home in Texas. We did not have any issues or problems while driving the Mustang, thanks to Wyatt having the Mustang checked over one more time by their mechanics since he knew we would be driving it home. My son and I had one of the best road trips and bonding experiences ever as we drove his Mustang exactly 2,000 miles with the route we took to avoid any snow. I would like to thank Twin Falls Volkswagen, Wyatt, Tommy and Brauc again for making my son’s first car one of the best experiences of his life!!!

  No integrity not trust worthy. They knowing loaded our brand new car with damages. Damages photographeed and time stamped, sent to us by Twin Falls VW from as recorded by the shipper at pickup. When we requested help having the damages repaired we were told no because "they gave us a good sales price". Dont take my word for it, see the screen shot of the email correspondence. We were knowingly sold a car damaged on their lot prior to taking possession of it, and the answer from the manager and sales person was "thats your problem".
