I expressed how it was important that I get it back by the end of day the following day and they said they would do everything they could to make it happen and they sure did! I’m very grateful for the effort they put into it. I will definitely use Compass mechanical again for any issues that come up. Thanks guys!

Instead of doing the repairs, we were billed over $1,200 in diagnostics for problems we had already identified. After discussion, the bill was reduced to $750, but no repairs were completed. Their brake quote was also about $500 higher than Les Schwab’s ( they don’t charge to diagnose!). Very disappointed in the billing and communication. Worst experience with a mechanic in 11 years of full-time RVing.
